of Melbourne, Australia, to measure daytime sleepiness. The following
questions will ask how likely are you to doze off or fall asleep in the
certain situations, in contrast to just feeling tired. Using the rating
scale below, rate each of the following statements as it best applies to
you.
Use the following scale to choose the most
appropriate number for each situation:
0 = would never doze or sleep.
1 = slight chance of dozing or sleeping
2 = moderate chance of dozing or sleeping
3 = high chance of dozing or sleeping
